Sorry I'm just seeing this post.
First, Diamox can take awhile to get used to. It is important to stay hydrated, and also to have your blood work done to be sure your potassium doesn't drop.
I'm not sure what side effects you are having, but if they are stomach related, an over the counter antacid can help with that.
It is also helpful to reduce your sodium intake, as that can make headaches worse.
