It's hard to say if the meds are the cause, but I wouldn't rule it out. They also don't advise the use of any cycline antibiotics for the same reason (tetracycline, minocycline, etc).
Will the hospital test for high intracranial pressure? That's anyone's guess! They may do a spinal tap and measure opening pressures, if your NS feels it is necessary, or perhaps if you demand one, but I have had little luck with hospitals doing anything I expect them to do.
