Yeah, that was the part I kind of got hung up on too. I've read it a few times, and I guess I kind of look at it as cabin pressure in an airplane. If they do it right, it's all good, if it is off at all, you are miserable. If that makes sense. I've always understood that the 2 pressures were not related, and I guess in a way they aren't, at least from the cause perspective, but it sounds like if the balance is off, then it can be an issue. Crap, now I'm just rambling... ;)...
