I had a vp shunt placed in 2007 for hydrocephalus rathkes cleft cyst removed from pituitary gland. Im approaching my 10 year anniversary. I had the normal abdominal pain after my surgery. Had a few complications but a great dr. Since then i had two daughters, the first pregnancy was fine i had some issues with my tube lasted about 3 days and then went away. I was hospitalized and was stated due to the less space in my abdomin due to the baby it was causing stabbing pains from my shunt tub...
